Proof Request
Early accessWrite a Proof Request.
Say what would change one decision you own, and what happens if it is met. Legate signs it in your browser with a key generated locally, and hands you a file: an operator builds to it, the presentation and the decision bind to its digest, and anyone can verify it without an account. This page transmits nothing.
For: a risk owner, a bank desk, or a diligence team that must approve what an agent does, or decide whether to rely on what it did.You get: a signed file the operator builds to, and evidence back that you can check without an account. It does not: commit you to anything beyond the decision path you name.
What a signed request establishes
- That whoever holds this key stated these exact terms, and this consequence, at this time.
- A digest the presentation and the Reliance Decision bind to, so neither can be quietly reused for a different decision.
What it does not establish
- Who holds the key. Pin it through a channel you already trust.
- That any operator can meet the terms, or that meeting them obliges you to anything beyond the stated path.
The form, the key, and signing run only with JavaScript. See a request evaluated · Verify a file
