Someone sent you a Legate file: a result, a standard, a decision, a complete Case, a gateway's receipt log, or a verified run (drop its files together; the manifest opens it and the rest join it). This page says what is intact, what it establishes, what it does not, and what to ask for next. It is checked in this browser; nothing is uploaded.

Details: what a check can and cannot tell youRead once, then drop the file

A check establishes that the file is intact, that its signatures verify against the keys it names, and that its parts bind to each other and to the standard it answers. It does not establish who holds those keys, that every route was covered, or that relying on the result is wise. Those are said separately, never implied, and the page lets you record your own decision.
